How fast can I expect my requested updates to be done?

The average turnaround time on updates is 48 hours.

What if I need more hours one month than my plan covers?

I can do as much work as you need. The extra work can be billed hourly or I can give you an estimate for the work you need done.

Can my hours roll over to other months?

Unfortunately I am not able to have hours roll over into other months. If I allowed my clients to build up hours, and they all decided to use them at the same time I wouldn't be able to fulfill their maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Assigning the hours to each month allows you to have your website up to date often and allows me to budget my time accordingly between maintenance requests and new design projects.

What kind of work can be done in an hour?

This is a tough question because every job is different, but one can expect text changes or small graphical changes.
