How come my site isn't coming up in Google searches?

If I designed your site, I have submitted your site to the google database. Regardless it wont show up in google results until the "google spiders" discover it. They index billions of pages and it takes time for the spiders to find it. It can take anywhere from one to four weeks (sometimes longer).

How do I login to my control panel?

Go to www.your-domain.com/cpanel (where "your-domain" is your domain name)

Enter in your user name and password that you received in your welcome email

How long does it take to setup a new site?

Most sites can be setup within 48 hours.

Can I switch from my current host to you?

Of course you can. I will make sure that all of your files are moved from your old host to my servers and that your email will continue to work as normal.

What are the steps for switching my hosting to you from my current host?

1. Pick one of the hosting plans on the plans page.
2. Click the orange "Order Now" button of the plan you want.
3. Fill in all the forms on the order page.
4. If you need a domain name check the box on the second page. (I will register it for you)
5. Complete the signup process by entering your credit card information into the paypal forms.
6. You will receive a confirmation email with details about your order and you new hosting account information.
7. If I dont have your website files already either send them to me (so I can upload them) or upload them to the server via FTP. (login information is in the welcome email)
8. You will need to change the DNS settings of your current domain to point to my server. (I can help you with this)
9. Your site is all ready to go!

How do I purchase a domain name?

You can purchase a domain name when you order your web hosting. During the order process you will be asked to check "Domain Name Registration" if you need a domain. Check this box and your domain will be registered for you.

When will my domain start working?

It might take up to 48 hours for your new domain name to propagate across the entire internet.

What do I set my domain name servers to?

Can you change my DNS for me?

I can easily change the DNS if you purchased your domain through me. Otherwise I will have to either transfer your domain to me or use your login information to change the DNS for you.
